Winter Solstice

Monday, December 21, will be the shortest day and longest night of 2020. Long celebrated by cultures rooted in earth-based spiritualities, we will gather online at 4:00 p.m. for a Winter Solstice service. Through readings, music, and reflection, we will mark this time of change as the sun begins its slow return to add more and more light to each day.

As a celebration rooted in the cycles of sun and earth, participants are invited to log-in to the service from somewhere outside or with a view of the outside. The celebration will be led by Laurel Whitehouse and the Rev. Dr. Stephanie May. To register and receive the Zoom link, please visit:
