Surely you’ve noticed? This year we will celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on the same day that we inaugurate president-elect Donald Trump. The contrast couldn’t be greater. But the political and social divisions we experience in our country today are not that different from those which festered during the Civil Rights Movement. So, what inspiration might we gather from the works and words of Dr. King in order to continue siding with love and the hope of our UU values in the coming years?
