This week leads up to the International Transgender Day of Visibility on March 31st, which calls on all of us to honor the authentic and visible lives of our trans siblings. We’ll hear stories from Jenn Stephens, a transwoman speaker for SpeakOUT Boston, and consider together how we can become even more trustworthy allies in these days when trans rights are greatly at risk.
Note: We’ll also be hosting an exhibit, “To Survive on this Shore: Photographs and Interviews with Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming Older Adults” in the Vestry this week.
