Most of us will set intentions for this new year, and many, if not most, of us will fall short of achieving them. But is this a failure? Can we encourage and cheer each other on to keep trying, celebrating our vulnerabilities and daring to make mistakes? Let’s agree to move beyond lives of duty or suffering, progress or disappointment, so that our lives may be filled with joy – deep, abiding, uncompromised joy.
