This Sunday, Feb 6, 10:00 a.m., “Freedom and Accountability”
Rev. Dr. Stephanie May

As a Unitarian Universalist congregation, we have long embraced freedom of belief in our religious community. And yet, we also hold many shared values and commitments to make a better, more just, equitable, and sustainable world. What might it mean to both value freedom while also deepening our sense of accountability to live these values? As we enter Black History Month, we will consider this larger question in relation to the call from the Unitarian Universalist Association to “Widen the Circle of Concern” and become a more anti-racist, anti-oppressive, multi-cultural institution.
