The Berklee Faculty Jazz Series presents the Harry Skoler quintet performing music of Charles Mingus, jazz standards, and a few originals. The concert at First Parish will feature clarinetist Harry Skoler accompanied by trumpeter Phil Grenadier, bassist Barry Smith, pianist Neil Olmstead, and drummer Casey Scheuerelle. Skoler’s warm and swinging clarinet playing is featured on his latest release, “Living in Sound: The Music of Charles Mingus.”
