Lift your spirits and ignite your imagination with narrative chamber works for flute, strings, and harpsichord, with musical storytelling by four Baroque masters: Vivaldi, Bach, Couperin, and Geminiani.

Join the Musicians of the Old Post Road as they travel through a haunted night soundscape, up Mount Parnassus, and into an enchanted forest. Also featured is Bach’s famous musical send-off for a beloved brother.

The performance will be held live on Saturday, March 8 at 4 p.m. at First Parish in Wayland and livestreamed at oldpostroad.org. This event will be co-presented with the Wayland Museum and Historical Society.

The performance will also be held live on Sunday, March 9 at 4 p.m. at the Old South Church, 645 Boylston St., Boston.
