Sunday Nursery Care Provider
Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery care provider to join our team. In support of the mission and covenant of First Parish in Wayland, the Sunday morning nursery care provider will work with the babies and toddlers of the congregation and supervise them as they play, explore and have fun during the services.
Duties:
- Tidy the classroom before and after your time with the kids.
- Engage and supervise children in their play and activities while they are in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child’s needs while they will be in the nursery
Qualifications:
- Prefer knowledge of Unitarian Universalism
- An enthusiastic and socially outgoing personality
- Experience working with young children.
- Ability to move around the building and able to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- CORI check will be required before beginning employment.
