On June 6 (9:00 a.m. – 1 p.m.) First Parish will host its annual yard sale. This event continues a tradition dating to 1944, when the First Parish Women’s Alliance held its first rummage sale. The sale was paused during the pandemic, and was reincarnated in 2022 as a yard sale, with a slimmed-down “department” roster, but with just as much enthusiasm. This year’s sale will feature antiques, jewelry, accessories, books, puzzles, decor, and a bit of furniture.
Twenty percent of sale proceeds will be divided evenly between two local food banks: A Place to Turn and Open Table.
