Join facilitator Catherine Hoffman to learn how to take action with intention and capability and how to de-escalate. Practice your ability to step out and to support one another.
In this unprecedented time of uncertainty and assault on our communities and our rights, we need to respond. Let’s build community, get grounded, and call on our history of radical non-violence and civil resistance.
This free training will include tools and resources to help you take action. Come ready to form an affinity group with neighbors, friends, or like-minded activists.
The training is at First Parish, 225 Boston Post Road, from 11:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Free of charge for participants, it is funded by the First Parish Lydia Maria Child Fund for social action. A light lunch will be served for participants. Spaces are limited, all are welcome. Registration is required; sign up HERE.
