Our theme this month is “Age and Aging – The Experience of Time”.
Part of our diversity as a community is being multi-aged. In what ways does being a particular age matter? How might we learn from those who are different ages or at different stages of life? While every life is unique, there can also be similar characteristics at different life stages—or assumptions and expectations from others about different parts of life. It can be taxing to navigate between age-related expectations of what a “x”-year-old person “should” do and what your own experience of life tells you. How might we age in ways that affirms our particular gifts, challenges, and opportunities?
