Let’s discuss how believing “I’m not racist” is not helpful when discussing racism. We’ll consider definitions and semantics, opening our hearts and minds to the state of our society.

We will consider our country’s history, exploring how government policies and practices have created disparity based on race that we experience today. Can we undo this damage?

We’ll consider the ways white culture not only exists, but pervades our society and how it makes cross cultural communication and interaction challenging .
