Our sixth annual Roxbury Workday will begin after the worship service on Sunday, May 18. Carpools will leave Wayland about 11:20am headed for the UU Urban Ministry’s First Church in Roxbury. We’ll be gardening, cleaning and clearing, and sprucing up the parking lot. We’ll work from noon to 1pm, take a lunch break, and continue working until about 3pm (but you can come and go as you like). We’ll work side-by-side with local volunteers and with students in the after-school program supported by the UU Urban Ministry.
