First Parish will provide dinner, food shopping, and gift cards for Family Promise of Metrowest guests during the week of November 24, along with First Parish in Framingham.
Gift cards to Target, Walmart, Stop & Shop, and Dollar Tree are appreciated by the families that Family Promise supports. Anyone can contribute: Place your donated gift cards in the locked box at the rear entrance of the First Parish offices, on the left wall at the door near the parking lot. Mark them for Family Promise.
As federal support for low-income families is reduced, the work of Family Promise and organizations that support them is more critical than ever.
