Our theme this month is “Hope-Believing in a Better World.”
As we struggle with the coronavirus, economic disruption, political division, and calls for racial justice, we need hope to secure our faith in a better world. “Hope springs eternal” wrote the British poet Alexander Pope. Do you agree? Sometimes hope seems to surge within people even in the most dire of situations. And yet, sometimes hope can elude us. Can we cultivate hope in ourselves or others who are in need of hope? When present, hope can be a powerful force in driving our actions and carrying us through difficult times. This month we reflect on the importance of hope in our lives as well as the impact of hopelessness.
Join us this month in exploring the theme of ‘Hope’ through Sunday services, our SEEK program, and on Social Media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
