On Sunday, February 9, at 2:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary, First Parish is co-sponsoring an Arts Wayland event featuring Blues Masters Paul Rishell and Annie Raines. It’s the first of a series of master classes offered by Arts Wayland with a generous grant from the Margaret Stewart Lindsay Foundation.
The event is free to Arts Wayland members. Non-members can purchase tickets here for $25 per person through Arts Wayland.
The event blends fascinating storytelling with a thrilling performance to create a powerful, immersive learning experience. Paul and Annie are W.C. Handy award winners, one of the best blues duos in the world, combining vocals, National Steel Guitar and blues harp solos.
